Kenck is a technology finance veteran of 17 years, serving as both Chief Financial Officer and investment banker. He currently serves as Chief Financial Officer of NeoEdge .
Most recently he was Chief Financial Officer of Innoprise Software, an enterprise software company. Previously, he was Chief Financial Officer of eFax.com, a NASDAQ company where he directed the company's acquisitions and strategic relationships, which included negotiating the company's sale to J2 Global Communications.
In previous positions, Kenck was a managing director for Trilogy Capital Partners and an investment banker with Volpe Brown Whelan & Company where he completed dozens of IPOs, private financings, and mergers.
Kenck is a graduate of the University of Montana and Harvard Business School.
