Alex is currently the CEO of YouMail, Inc., a consumer-focused provider of better voicemail for wireless phones. He is a technology visionary and successful entrepreneur who has spearheaded industry-leading efforts in delivering voice-based services to millions of people. Prior to YouMail, Alex was Vice President and Chief Product Officer of Voice Services at AOL. Alex was co-founder and CEO at Quack.com and was responsible for the day-to-day operations in fundraising, business development, marketing, and partnerships in the creation of the first-to-market consumer voice portal and the first commercially available voice-portal infrastructure. Alex presided over the growth of Quack from 3 founders to more than 125 professionals in about 18 months, and led the company to a successful acquisition by America Online.
